Creating A Site Supporting Public Education

The Winston-Salem/Forsyth County Schools Education Foundation was created to provide financial support and other resources to help meet the ongoing needs of our local school system. The foundation came to Reuben Rink to develop a new website to help introduce and promote the organization to potential donors, grant applicants, and the general public. Content, imagery and website structure were created with these various audiences in mind in order to help the foundation raise money and provide grants to fund teachers’ innovative initiatives in their classrooms. Since donations are essential to the growth of the organization, we designed the website with prominent opportunities for giving via a secure payment platform. We also included ways to promote current news about the foundation and a process for teachers to easily apply for grants online. Check out the website here.
