Allegacy is a credit union with a heart for community and holistic wellbeing, and we are always glad to help them expand their reach. With the grand opening of their second Charlotte location, we implemented some diverse and out-of-the-box digital advertising tactics that successfully targeted their intended market geographically. In addition to ad creation for digital billboards, newspaper, and mainstream social media channels, we employed other hyperlocal channels like Spotify, Nextdoor, and geofencing. Both Spotify and Nextdoor markets were tailored to neighborhoods surrounding the new location, producing upwards of 160 K impressions and almost 500 clicks. The geofencing strategy pinpointed both surrounding neighborhoods and competitor locations for advertising, resulting in nearly 800 K impressions and over 1400 clicks. With a geographically compounded advertising approach, Allegacy was securely positioned for a successful launch in a lesser-known location.
