Allegacy Federal Credit Union wanted to more effectively gauge the impact of their quarterly member newsletter. The printed booklet offered the nonprofit periodic opportunities to update members on new services and helpful educational information. But they couldn’t tell whether recipients of the mailer were engaging with the piece unless the reader scanned a code or used a link. We redesigned and wrote the piece as a digital-first experience that leveraged the advantages of the ISSUU hosting platform. The new design and format contributed to an 88% engagement rate, an increase of over 500% from the previous edition. You can view the newsletter here.
