The Home Builders Association of Winston-Salem is committed to continuing education and professional development for the building and remodeling industries of Forsyth and Stokes Counties. Annually, through the Parade of Homes, the HBAWS showcases their finest home craftsmanship and invites the local community to tour everything from intricate French Country interiors to midcentury modern charm. Seeking to expand awareness and participation for their first in-person exposition since the pandemic, we partnered with HBAWS to promote the event to a broad audience via influencer marketing, social media advertising, branded digital billboards, ads on pertinent local media channels, and public relations efforts. The social media reach was impressive, with engagement peaking at 21K views and ads generating over 1 million impressions and nearly 5K click throughs. The overarching result was a newly tapped audience that was eager, educated, and engaged for the upcoming event.
