Fountain Hill Home Care provides in-home care services to residents of Arbor Acres, a well-regarded Life Plan Community based in Winston-Salem, NC, as well as to senior adults living in their own homes in select areas close to the community. Management reached out for help building brand recognition and engaging new clients for the home-based side of the business.
Reuben Rink developed a multi-channel direct mail campaign targeting two distinct audiences. For individuals on the Arbor Acres Independent Living waitlist, we created a personalized letter offering Fountain Hill’s in-home services before future residents move to campus. For prospects living within a specific service area, we designed a targeted postcard introducing Fountain Hill and its full menu of services.
Both mailers promoted a free, no-obligation In-Home Safety Report, which we developed as a branded leave-behind tool for Fountain Hill team members to complete during complimentary visits. The report was designed as an incentive for prospects to set an appointment and gives Fountain Hill a meaningful way to start the relationship.
The mailer dropped in the spring of 2026. Over 40% of respondents scheduled an in-home appointment, a strong conversion rate for a direct mail campaign. Longer-term results will continue to develop over the coming weeks as prospects move through the decision process.
