After 42 years in the staffing industry, The Resource is accustomed to making shifts to align with changing demands and standards in the market. When the pandemic presented a new challenge in the industry – the decline of the temporary staffing model – it also presented an opportunity for the company to evolve once again. To help The Resource shift its focus to permanent job placements, we developed a strategic marketing plan to reposition the company in the market, raise awareness, and generate job applications and leads. Our tactics included new positioning and messaging development, an updated sales collateral package, a visual and content refresh for their website, and a dynamic ad campaign targeted to both candidate and employer audiences.
