The Comprehensive Cancer Center at Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist reimagined how to make their high-level expertise and treatment technology easier for patients and families to navigate. For us, the challenge was how to communicate this unique shift to the broader community. First, we helped develop a name for their approach to care that reflected a more patient-centered experience. Then we developed an ad campaign for their Breast Care Center, crafting messaging around their approach into an overarching concept that we executed across print, outdoor, digital, social, as well as scripts for video, TV and radio.
And we did it all while incorporating new elements and style guide parameters of the recently merged Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist brand.
