The Home Builders Association of Greater Charlotte partnered with Reuben Rink to plan and execute a two-phase marketing campaign for the Fall Parade of Homes.
Phase one focused on driving builder participation through targeted programmatic and OTT advertising that reached both association members and non-members, resulting in an increase from 38 to 44 home entries — a 16% jump in participation.
Phase two shifted focus to promoting attendance and generating excitement among home seekers. The campaign incorporated organic social media, public relations outreach, digital advertising (including OTT and programmatic display), full-page print placements, and billboards across the Charlotte region. Each channel worked together to build awareness and drive traffic to the Parade. Early reports indicate very strong and successful 2025 Parade weekends.
