Designing Consistency and Efficiency into the Proposal Process

When Steele Group Architects, a leading regional architecture firm, completed a brand refresh, they needed an updated RFP template that aligned with their new identity while remaining easy to customize for future proposals.

We created a flexible template that streamlines the proposal process. In addition to laying out key details, such as the firm’s team bios, history and approach, we developed a library of project sheets showcasing their work. Designed as standalone PDFs, these sheets allow Steele Group Architects to select relevant projects, complete with images, team details, references, and project summaries. The result is a cohesive, efficient proposal, customized for each new opportunity.
