A Spot Built to Speak to Business Owners
Piedmont Federal Bank had a gap in its marketing. Business owners are a key growth audience for the bank, but its existing commercial leaned consumer-facing, leaving its business banking tools and products underrepresented. The bank needed a TV spot that spoke directly to local business owners and set its offerings apart from other banks.
We led the project from concept through final cut — developing the creative concept, writing the script, managing voice talent, and providing on-site creative direction alongside a production partner to bring the vision to life.
The results spoke for themselves. In its first month, the business spot dominated the campaign’s performance across connected TV, accounting for 53% of all CTV impressions with a 96–98% video completion rate, well above the 86% industry benchmark, and drove the highest click volume of any spot that month. On YouTube, it performed just as strongly, capturing 52% of impressions at a 99% completion rate.
