Glenaire Life Plan Community in Cary, NC, recently expanded its campus, including additional capacity in its assisted living residences. As part of this growth, management made the strategic decision to open assisted living apartments to non-residents in need of this level of care. Their goal: reach a 95% occupancy rate.
To support this initiative, Reuben Rink designed and executed a six-month digital advertising campaign using targeted search and programmatic display tactics. The campaign raised awareness of Glenaire’s assisted living options among qualified audiences and quickly generated interest.
The results exceeded expectations. Glenaire reached its 95% occupancy goal in just over three months, allowing the campaign to conclude ahead of schedule.
